The whole machine adopts high hardness steel template, and is solid and durable. Shaft made of special material processing, not easily deformed. The powerful crusher is designed for size reduction of plastic sprues, runner systems, and rejected molded parts in injection molding production environments. In high-volume injection molding operations producing consumer products, the crusher processes gate scrap and runner returns directly at the machine side, enabling immediate re-grinding and reintegration into the production feed to minimize material waste. For small-to-medium batch production facilities, the crusher handles job-specific scrap that cannot be conveniently transported to a central grinding station. Custom tool manufacturers use these units to process thermoset composite off-cuts and defective molded prototypes. The QY series crusher models offer different throughput capacities from 50-100 kg/h (QY-2000) to 100-200 kg/h (QY-5000), allowing selection based on actual production scrap generation rates.
