Features Of Product
The transmission case is designed according to the standard of JB / T9050.1-1999. The gears and axial parts are made of top-quality high-strength low carbon alloy steel. The gears go through the process of carburization, heat hardening and gear grinding, with the gear precision of grade 6 and the tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62.
The distributor case is made of ductile iron. The gears have high-strength ground teech. The gear-hobbing is cut with CNC gear-hobbing machine, thus its cone angle precision is much higher than other processing method.

Service Conditions
The rotary speed of the high speed shaft of the transmission case shall not be higher than 1500 pm.
The ambient working temperature shall be 0~35 C.When temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricant oil should be preheated to 10°C before starting.
