Product Overview
The RH type detection distributor is a pressure relief action type. The oil delivered by the oil pump pushed the piston of the metering part, injected the oil into the oil chamber, and at the same time, the indicator rod extended. Under the action, the oil in the oil chamber is forcibly pressed toward the lubrication point, and the indicator rod is retracted, and whether the oil passage is blocked can be judged by indicating whether the rod is extended or retracted. A one way valve is provided to prevent the discharged oil from flowing backwards, ensuring accurate metering and smooth oil discharge.
Application Scenarios
The RH detection type separator functions as a precision distributed lubrication system component in injection molding machines and extruders. In large tonnage injection molding machines, the RH distributor ensures that precise quantities of lubricant are delivered to each lubrication point on the machine's guide rails, clamping mechanism, and injection unit bearings. For multi-station rotary injection molding machines, the RH unit's indicator rod diagnostic feature allows operators to quickly identify blocked oil passages before they cause wear damage to precision-machined components. CNC machining centers use these distributors in their centralized lubrication systems to deliver metered quantities of lubricant to spindle bearings, linear guide ways, and ball screws.
