Heater
Features
Casting aluminum heater is a heating device made of cast aluminum material. It typically consists of a cast aluminum housing and built-in heating elements. The cast aluminum material offers excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, enabling fast and uniform heat transfer. Cast aluminum heater bands are widely used in plastic machinery, packaging machinery, extruders, injection molding machines, and other equipment for heating and maintaining the required operating temperatures. They feature rapid heating, high thermal efficiency, and long service life. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to specific requirements to meet the needs of various processes.
Ceramic heater bands are widely used in industries such as plastics, chemicals, light industry, and electronics due to their advantages in thermal efficiency, radiant emissivity, safety factor, and energy savings. The product is constructed by threading alloy wires through small ceramic blocks and enclosing them in a stainless steel outer shell. They are commonly applied in plastic machinery and chemical fiber machinery. Ceramic heater bands provide uniform heat distribution, ensuring even surface temperatures and eliminating both hot spots and cold spots in the equipment. They offer advantages including long service life, excellent thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. By adding insulation to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared coatings on the internal heat dissipation surface, power consumption can be reduced by up to 30%.
Mica heater bands are constructed with high-quality heating wires as the heating element, wound with mica as the insulating layer, and feature an aluminum-plated outer layer as the heat-conducting surface. Mica heaters provide uniform heat distribution, ensuring even surface temperatures and eliminating hot spots and cold spots in the equipment. They offer advantages including long service life, excellent thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. By adding insulation to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared coatings on the internal heat dissipation surface, power consumption can be reduced. The use of high-quality mica plates as the insulating layer, combined with external heating, effectively minimizes heat loss.
