Product Overview
XDL Type fixed-quantity thin oil distributor is a pressurized action type. The pressure oil delivered by the lubricating pump pushes the piston built in the metering part to force the oil stored in the metering cavity to the lubrication point. The valve prevents the discharged oil from flowing backwards, to ensure accurate measurement and sensitive and smooth oil discharge. The rated working pressure is (1.5-2.5) MPa. According to the actual use of the lubrication system, it can be connected in parallel or in series arbitrarily, and it can be installed in any position without affecting the oil discharge.
Application Scenarios
The XDL fixed-quantity separator provides precision metering lubrication distribution in industrial equipment lubrication systems. In plastic extrusion lines, the XDL unit delivers measured quantities of lubricant to gearboxes, barrel bearing supports, and cooler fan bearings, preventing premature wear in these high-load components. For printing and packaging machinery with multiple rotating shafts and slide bearings, the XDL distributor coordinates lubrication across the entire machine from a single pump source. Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment uses XDL separators in applications requiring clean, contamination-free lubricant delivery to mixers, tablet press bearings, and packaging line conveyors. The fixed-quantity discharge mechanism ensures each lubrication point receives the exact lubricant volume required regardless of system pressure variations.
