Product Overview
ZDL Type fixed-quantity thin oil distributor is a pressurized action type. The pressure oil delivered by the lubricating pump pushes the piston built in the metering part to force the oil stored in the metering cavity to the lubrication point. The valve prevents the discharged oil from flowing backwards, to ensure accurate measurement and sensitive and smooth oil discharge. The rated working pressure is (1.5-2.5) MPa. According to the actual use of the lubrication system, it can be connected in parallel or in series arbitrarily, and it can be installed in any position without affecting the oil discharge of the distributor.
Application Scenarios
The ZDL fixed-quantity separator serves as a precision lubrication distribution component in centralized lubrication systems for plastic processing equipment. In injection molding machines, the ZDL unit delivers metered quantities of lubricant to critical friction points including tie bar bearings, clamping cylinder seals, and platen guide systems, ensuring consistent film strength and preventing metal-to-metal contact wear. For multi-barrel extrusion systems, the ZDL distributor coordinates lubrication delivery across multiple barrel support bearings and gearboxes from a single pump source. Machine tool manufacturers incorporate ZDL units into the lubrication circuits of CNC lathes and machining centers for reliable bearing and guide way lubrication.
